Repairs
If any of your Twisted Sisters jewelry should need repair within the first 30-days, we will repair and return, shipping free. Normal repair and return time frame is less than one week. Please notify us by E-mail that you are returning an item. Send items for repair to:

Damaged Packages
Damaged packages are the responsibility of the carrier. Please contact the carrier used to ship your purchase if damages have occurred during shipping. They will contact us, and we will work with them in order to replace your damaged goods.

Because all pieces are one-of-a-kind, we will make every effort to recreate your purchased piece. If original materials are not available, we will contact you to discuss re-design options.
